Exciting news! Nalu, our newest SIA Small Business Fund Coordinator has begun training and coordinating 2 new small business groups in Uganda. Nalu was introduced to SIA through recently retired SIA SBF Coordinator Christopher Musana who attends her church. Since December she has been working with our experienced SIA SBF Coordinator Godfrey Matovu learning how to train the new business leaders about micro-business, reinvestment and group collaboration.
Here Nalu is meeting with new business leaders to share about communication, listening prayer and consensus agreement.
