Fat-free Italian Dressing

 

 

Makes 2 quarts

4-1/2  cups bean cooking liquid (or liquid from canned beans)
3 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons dried basil
2 tablespoons mixed Italian herbs
1 tablespoon granulated garlic
2 teaspoons salt

Whisk all the ingredients together. Store in a lidded jar or airtight plastic container.
